'Figure Studies' is a body of work that engages with the primitive ideas of painting and photography whilst exploring its indexical forensic nature. The work presents a continual battle between contemporary and traditional, the process is fundamentally using the idea of the photogram as a direct contact print, contemporised by the use of a digital scanner.
