<text>I have photographed portraits of adolescent boys. This is an interesting age because so much is going on and one is trying to figure out who one is or who you want to be. This is not just a time in our life, but a state of mind that everyone somethimes can identify themselves with. And that is what this project is about; searching for identity in relation to others.
My other project consists of a series of self-portraits inspired by the photographer Rinko Kawauchi's ability to use motives from an external reality to tell a story about an inner emotionally abstract reality.</text>
