Princess of Power
"Princess of Power" follows Scottish strongwoman champion Emmajane Smith as she prepares for her powerlifting debut at the Scottish powerlifting Championships. Holding down a physically demanding job at a horse livery, Emmajane juggles work life with a hectic train schedule at various gyms around Scotland. This project provides a glimpse into her life and the dedication it takes to be a top-flight strength athlete. Weighing at 82.5 kg her current personal best for a barbell squat is 170kg.
