Zia Natasha Shortt
My aim for this project was to show how the female body can be displayed in a different way. I used mannequins to show this. Although the mannequins I have photographed are not all perfect and look quite horrific, I think it is bizarre how life like they look, especially in their faces. Mannequins were used a lot in surreal art to display fashion, feminism, and eroticism.
