This series of images is part of an ongoing exploration in to the passage through non-spaces. I'm interested in artificial non-spaces created through social and commercial architectural development. Within sprawling cities lay endless locations of closed off, often restricted access pathways, steps, exits and thorough fairs. These sites are sometimes in constant use directing a safe passageway through but can also be closed off non-spaces that often exist in case of emergency. The project explores these spaces and places the viewer within the location, engaging them through the scale of the photographs.
