It's not you, it's meI started this project gathering people that were experiencing some sort of transition and I soon realised that what I was actually creating was a piece of work about me through them. Identity, gender, sexuality are not fixed but in fact something fluid, they cannot be forced in strict boundaries but they exist as a cultural construct. The real self cannot be revealed through portraiture but only projected through performance. This series is a succession of self-portraits.
