Cuteness entails power relations; it can imply both submission and aggression. She’s always in the process of finding both cuteness and real love. Do you like maid outfits too? This project asks why people seek intimacy through non-human, otaku-inspired symbols of cuteness, approaching such as an emotional interface and an abstract commodity-fetish, where synthetic emotions hide deeper needs. Why do you surrender to them?
