DANCING N01 is shaped by a continuous process of movement and creation. Regardless of whether the artist is satisfied with the outcome of each experiment, Obrietan persists in dancing—an ongoing ritual that drives the transformation of the work. Each piece undergoes cycles of being cut, dyed, sewn, painted, and reworked, reflecting a process of construction through deconstruction and vice versa. This ongoing dialogue between the artist and the natural materials creates a therapeutic exchange, where movement becomes both an act of release and discovery. DANCING N01 explores the significance of leaving marks on the world, contemplating what it means to exist and create within the material landscape we inhabit.
