Emily Yates
Emily is a music photographer specialising in capturing the visual identity of emerging artists. She is the official photographer for Pastel, a Swansea-based band, where she develops a wide range of promotional material. Her practice includes producing editorial and advertising photography, as well as creating posters and visual media that contribute to the band’s public image. This project brings together work created across multiple locations, including London, Manchester, and Glasgow, documenting both live performances and behind-the-scenes moments. Through these images, she aims to convey the atmosphere, energy, and evolving identity of the band, while exploring the relationship between music and visual storytelling.
