Sam Worrell
Ex Morte, Vita meaning life after death highlight the cyclical nature of the planet in which we inhabit. You’re born, you live, you die, and your body gets reclaimed by the earth. This project aims to highlight all the different phases of this cycle and the very importance the natural world has in our lives. We aren’t just part of the natural world; we are the natural world. The abstraction of nature in this project aims to highlight how we are part of a much bigger picture as well as our unique interconnectedness we have with the very fibers around us. We don’t exist in isolation; we are everything that came before us and everything that follows after us.
