Elyse Whitehurst
I am a practising photographer in the commercial industry, based in Leeds and Manchester (able to drive for work outside of these areas). I focus on expression in my work, whether it is through the colours and poses or if it is more underlying through the semiotics of the materials used. The expression in some of these projects is focused on communities of people, such as on LGBTQIA or on women. I am proficient in studio and location photography and lighting; I am also well practiced in videography. My style of work is bright, fashionable, vibrant and detailed, inviting feelings of awe, community, and relaxation
