Between Past and Present
Between Past and Present is a photographic reflection of Indian culture, where memory lingers in objects once held and passed down. Heirlooms from my great-grandmother become vessels of heritage, quietly shaping identity across generations. Through composed still life's, colour, textiles and light, I trace a dialogue between tradition and modernity. Digital images are transformed through analogue processes, layered acetates, handmade prints, embedded materials, where texture and form echo cultural rhythms. Blending the crafted and the contemporary, this work becomes an intimate space where past and present meet, overlap and continue to evolve.
