WARNING TAPE
‘WARNING TAPE’ is a short film that revolves around the inner world of a person going through an episode of flashbacks, using heavy layering, projection and audio to create an overwhelming and eerie experience that is driven by real life experiences of flashbacks. These flashbacks are quiet; they creep into the chest as though the person has just zoned out and not that they’re reliving the events of past traumas all over again, all at once. The Loud is too loud and the quiet is too quiet, leaving isolation and loneliness, emphasising the shame that surrounds the idea of getting help from others. For those who experience flashbacks, reach out and get help, you're never alone.
