Photographer, Why Mister Why (2005)

Telex Iran, Gilles Peres (1984) / Travels with Herodotus, Ryszard Kapuscinsky (2004) / Amsterdam! Old photos 1947-1970, Ed van der Elsken (1979)

Amsterdam Old Photos is the first photography book I got from my wife before I was a professional photographer. Telex Iran is a masterpiece by Gilles, shot in just a few weeks. Kapuscinsky’s Herodotus along with John Coltrane’s Love Supreme and Werner Herzog’s Fata Morgana are my true sources of inspiration.
