My work usually surrounds themes of a personal nature because the images that I create happen quite instinctively. I am drawn to the experimental techniques that can be used in photography; therefore I tend to focus more on an interesting aesthetic rather than subject matter. I am inclined to pick out details in places or objects that I find interesting, using the natural light to give the images an atmospheric quality, the compositions of which tend to occur naturally around this.
