LOCH NESS
The Oxford English dictionary defines Cryptozoology as the search for and study of animals whose existence or survival is disputed or unsubstantiated, such as the Loch Ness Monster. In the modern world that we live in with mass media and advanced technology chances are if these animals existed they would have already been discovered, yet there still exists an interest and fascination with the unknown that attracts both the scientists and tourists alike and is something that appeals to me as much now as it did when I was a small boy. With this in mind I travelled to the shores of Loch Ness to explore the people and places that form the backdrop to the legendary monster sightings.
