The power of wind
Wind turbines in all forms whether they are land based or offshore, can polarise the opinions of local communities and the public in general. Renewable energy has become an important part of our future energy resources, however individually we would rather they were installed in somebody else's back garden. This project will attempt to show wind turbines from a different angle, it will demonstrate the benefits of wind turbines and how they can be a positive addition to society in respect of energy generation but also how the wind turbines can have a negative visual impact on the landscape including how local infrastructure must change to accommodate them.
