According to a study done on the behalf of StitchLinks knitting and crafts can be used to aid in mental health recovery. Through it's small, repetitive motions, knitting is said to calm the mind yet occupy thoughts. These images look to question whether it really does aid the recovery of mental health problems or if just covers up a deeper issue through bright colours and knitting patterns.
