Grief is a multifaceted response to the loss of a loved one especially caused by someone's death. The experience of grief manifests itself in many conflicting emotions compelling us to question our belief structures. Although conventionally focused on the emotional response to loss, it also has physical, cognitive, and behavioural dimensions. Navigate aims to illustrate the effects of grief on the human body, mind and spirit.
