Remnants of the Taff
Remnants of the Taff is body of work made around the Taff Trail in South Wales. The trail is approximately 55 miles long, stretching from Brecon to Cardiff Bay. The project looks at the traces and remnants left behind by our previous interactions with the land. These traces and remnants signify our past and our present, as well as our relationship and engagement with the earth. What we leave behind is a reflection of who we are as people and how we feel about the land. The sweeping hills and valleys that sprawl across the countryside are etched with our past. The way each of us interacts with the earth shapes our perception of the landscape.
