Sam Rowelsky
After finishing his undergraduate degree in Photographic Arts, Sam Rowelsky joined a commercial photography studio in London as a studio manager and senior photographer. His photographic interests are largely anthropological in nature and essentially concerned with cultural observations and the society in which we live. He wishes to continue this investigation for the time being and hope to win funding for a major project in 2009, which is aimed at highlighting the incredible cultural diversity along the west coast of Africa and will focus on the unseen economic imbalances imposed by the West on an already beleaguered continent.
