'My Proof'
This work is an ongoing investigation of photography's relation to memory. How can we rely on photography to tell us the truth, when the 'truth' is constantly changing, depending on who we are, or what frame of mind we are in at the time? How can we really tell if any of our treasured photos represent what we call memory? Inspired by the photographic artist Duane Michals.
