50 Years On
This project was a collaboration with the Northern Ireland Built Environment Centre, PLACE to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the founding of Craigavon. Craigavon was a planned settlement in Northern Ireland which began in 1965. For various reasons around 50% of the area's planning never went forward and the vision of this futuristic 'New City' was never realized. Through a series of landscape photographs and portraits this project explores how over 50 years Craigavon has developed it's own unique landscape and sense of identity.
