Inspired by Song Lyrics
My project is inspired by song lyrics. My whole life has had some form of music, whether its my dads rock music, to my mams dance and pop music, to my husband being a multi genre dj. When I’m listening to certain songs I get pictures in my mind that I get from the lyrics and I wanted to express that in my photography. I originally thought to do this project when I was driving on the moors and I was listening to a band called ghost and a song called “From the pinnacle to the pit” I was inspired! Some of these images have a deep sadness behind them and some are from happier times.
